Self-Ship Locker Reset — $49
You purchase and manage inbound shipping to the address in your confirmation. The price includes $30 cleaning and standard tracked return shipping. Keep your inbound receipt and tracking number.
Door-to-Door Locker Reset — $69
We email a standard inbound label and include standard tracked return shipping. The label is valid only for the stated maximum of 16 × 12 × 10 inches and 5 lb. Carrier adjustments caused by inaccurate dimensions, excess weight or unauthorized services may be charged to the customer before return.
Transit and packaging
Carrier transit time is separate from the 7–10-business-day care target. Reuse a sound inbound box when possible. We may replace a damaged or unsafe box and charge the documented replacement cost before shipment.
Loss and damage in transit
Customers are responsible for secure packaging and for inbound packages until carrier delivery is confirmed. Second Round Hat Co. is responsible for reasonable packaging on return. Carrier claims are governed by the carrier’s terms and included coverage; we will provide documentation and reasonable assistance.
Undeliverable and abandoned orders
Additional postage caused by an incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery is the customer’s responsibility. Items left unpaid, unclaimed or undeliverable for 60 days after the first written notice may be treated as abandoned where law permits.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses and oversized packages are not available during the founding pilot. Email shipping@secondroundhats.com with questions.
