Information we collect
We collect contact and shipping information, order selections, payment status, customer communications, intake and completion photographs, consent records and basic website attribution. Stripe processes card data; Second Round Hat Co. does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
Information is used to process orders, create labels, communicate status, prevent abuse, keep condition records, comply with law and improve the service. Marketing email and public photo use require separate consent.
Service providers
We use hosting, payment, shipping, email and analytics providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Shippo and Resend. Each receives only the information required for its role and handles it under its own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Operational and tax records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required. We use access controls and business-owned accounts, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some transaction records must be retained for legal, accounting, dispute or fraud-prevention purposes.
