Before you order
Count your hats and check their care labels. Ordinary cotton, polyester, performance-fabric and mesh caps are the best candidates. Contact us before sending anything vintage, irreplaceable or unusually constructed.
Choose your shipping option
Self-Ship is $49: you arrange the trip to us and tracked return shipping is included. Door-to-Door is $69: we email a standard inbound label and include the tracked return.
Pack without crushing
Gently nest compatible hats, place clean tissue between structured crowns, and fill empty space so the hats cannot move. Use a sturdy box no larger than 16 × 12 × 10 inches and keep the finished package at or below 5 lb.
Inventory and inspection
Every hat receives an order ID and intake photograph. We check material, dye stability, brim construction, signatures and pre-existing damage before cleaning begins.
Clean, reshape and air-dry
Eligible hats move through the private batch process, careful rinsing, reshaping and slow air-drying. Risky items are marked as exceptions rather than forced through the process.
Final check and tracked return
We photograph the finished batch, perform quality control and send tracking. The 7–10-business-day target begins on the first business day after check-in; carrier transit is additional.

Do not mail a hat until checkout is complete and you have received the correct shipping instructions. Unsolicited packages may be returned at the sender’s expense.
