The process

Every batch is inventoried, inspected, carefully cleaned, reshaped and checked before it comes home.
We reset them
Intake photos, material checks, careful batch cleaning, rinsing, reshaping and slow air-drying.
Wear them again
After final QC and completion photos, your hats return with tracking in 7–10 business days.
Care first
Valuable doesn’t always mean cleanable.
Most everyday golf and baseball caps made from cotton, polyester, performance fabric and mesh are good candidates. Every hat is inspected before cleaning.

Will my hats look new?
No promise of “like new.” Sweat, sunlight, age, fabric, dye and prior damage all affect the outcome. The photographs on this site show real results, but every hat is different.
Can I send a signed, rare or $200 hat?
Ask first. Water and cleaning can remove signatures, paint, patina and adhesives. Send exterior, interior, brim and care-label photos before ordering. Never send a signed or irreplaceable hat without written acceptance.
Can you remove the smell?
Odor reduction is part of the process, but no particular result is guaranteed. The goal is simple: a hat you can enjoy wearing again without apologizing for it.
Why send several at once?
The process is designed around efficient batches. The flat $30 clean covers anywhere from one to ten eligible hats, so the value improves when you fill the box.
Is cleaning really better than replacing?
Keeping a hat you already own in useful service can defer a replacement and keep that hat out of the discard pile. We make no quantified environmental claim because every hat, shipment and replacement is different.
